The terms that will govern use of Rekuvr.

These terms govern your use of Rekuvr. Please read them carefully — by using Rekuvr you agree to them.
These terms are between you and Rekuvr (“Rekuvr”, “we”, “us”), operated from New Zealand, and apply to the Rekuvr website and app. If you do not agree with them, please do not use Rekuvr.
You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use Rekuvr.
Rekuvr keeps a per-muscle record of the training you log and shows it back to you: when each muscle was last trained directly, how far through a broad typical scheduling window that is, and how many sets it has had recently compared with targets you selected.
Rekuvr does not measure or estimate the physical state of your muscles. It does not tell you that a muscle has recovered or healed, produce a recovery or readiness score, or decide whether training is safe for you. The windows it shows are a general scheduling policy that is the same for every user, not a measurement of your body. Rekuvr works from your logged training alone; no wearable is required, and device connections are not available yet.
Rekuvr is a fitness and performance tool, not a medical device or a healthcare service. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition, does not guarantee readiness, and does not provide medical advice.
What Rekuvr shows is a record of what you logged and a general scheduling guide, not a judgement about your body or your capacity on any given day. You are responsible for your own training decisions. Listen to your body, seek advice from a qualified professional where appropriate, and stop if you feel unwell or in pain. You take part in exercise at your own risk.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Please give us accurate information, keep it up to date, and tell us promptly if you think your account has been compromised.
You agree not to misuse Rekuvr. In particular, you must not:
Rekuvr offers a free experience and an optional paid Premium plan. Pricing and what each plan includes are shown before you buy.
Premium subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled, and are billed through our payment provider or the app store you purchase through. You can cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled in line with the relevant app store’s policy and applicable law.
Rekuvr, its software, design, and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Rekuvr for its intended purpose. You keep ownership of the data you provide.
Rekuvr may connect to third-party services such as WHOOP, Apple Health, or an app store. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
We aim to keep Rekuvr available and reliable, but we may change, suspend, or withdraw features, and the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may update these terms as the product develops; we will post changes here and, where significant, let you know.
To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that Rekuvr will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the information it shows you is accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from your training decisions or from reliance on what Rekuvr shows you, or for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you may have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other consumer law.
You can stop using Rekuvr and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, or to protect the service or other users.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the courts of New Zealand have non-exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law where you live gives you other rights.
