Everything in Rekuvr points at one question: what have you trained, and when? Here’s what’s inside.
The muscle map is Rekuvr’s core view: a front-and-back figure coloured by how far each muscle is through its typical window, or by how its recent sets compare with the target you selected.
The Recovery Window view shows when each muscle was last trained directly and how far through a broad typical window that sits. It is scheduling timing drawn from your log — not a measurement of what your body has done since.
The training timeline marks each session in which a muscle was a prime mover, and draws the typical-window span the current policy assigns after it. Train that muscle directly again and the span ends there.
Training coverage counts your logged working sets per muscle across a rolling seven days, keeps direct and indirect exposure separate, and compares the direct count with a range you chose.
The guide summary tallies how many muscles sit in each window and coverage state. It counts what the guide already shows; it is not a score, a ranking or a judgement about your training.
Capture what you did without friction. Every logged set is attributed to the muscles that exercise governs, so the map reflects the session you actually did.
Choose from a curated exercise library so sessions are recorded consistently and map cleanly onto muscle groups. Anything Rekuvr cannot match is reported as unmatched rather than guessed at.
Strength progression, training frequency, target history and personal records, all built from your logged sessions so you can review how your training has moved.
WHOOP is a planned integration. Device connections are not available in Rekuvr yet, they are not part of any paid plan, and nothing in the guide depends on one.
Apple Health is a planned integration. Device connections are not available in Rekuvr yet, they are not part of any paid plan, and nothing in the guide depends on one.
The Coach puts what Rekuvr has recorded into everyday language and answers questions about it. It explains; it never calculates or invents your numbers, and it does not give medical advice.
Set reminder and summary preferences in the app. Nothing is delivered yet — there is no push infrastructure behind them — so a switch records an intent rather than starting an alert, and the app says so on the screen.
Manage your profile, preferences and connected services from a single settings area.
Premium adds strength progression, training frequency, target history, sub-muscle fatigue contribution, and a Coach that can draw on your training history — on top of a genuinely useful free experience.
