Science & methodology
Rekuvr does not model how recovered your muscles are. It shows logged facts, elapsed time and broad scheduling windows — and every state on screen traces back to one of them.
Every state comes from a workout you logged, the time since, or a target you selected. Rekuvr does not estimate tissue healing or produce a recovery score.
The same logged history always produces the same view, and each muscle’s detail shows the facts behind its state rather than a conclusion drawn from them.
Where the data cannot answer — an exercise it could not match, less than seven days of history, no approved window — the guide says so instead of filling the gap.
The guide runs entirely on logged training. Device connections are not available yet, and no window or set count depends on one.
Rekuvr informs training decisions. It does not diagnose injuries, decide whether training is safe, or provide medical advice.
The guide is a deliberately narrow baseline. Any richer model has to beat it on outcomes agreed in advance before it earns the right to replace it.
Rekuvr shows what it can trace to your log and stops there. Behaviour is tested against a fixed suite of expected outputs rather than assumed, and the AI coach explains those outputs, never inventing them.
