Rekuvr is a recovery and performance tool. Training and health data are sensitive, and we design around treating them that way and keeping you in control of what you share.
The workouts you log and, only if you connect them, optional signals from wearables such as WHOOP or Apple Health. Wearable connections are always opt-in.
To estimate muscle-specific recovery and power the features you use. Recovery is calculated by a deterministic engine; the AI coach only explains those outputs.
You choose what to connect and what to share. The final policy will describe access, export and deletion in full.
