Rekuvr turns your logged workouts into a muscle map: when each muscle was last directly trained, how far through a broad typical window that is, and how your recent sets compare with the targets you chose.

The problem
By Thursday it is genuinely hard to say when you last trained hamstrings, or how many direct sets your shoulders have had this week. That record is the thing you actually plan from.
“When did I last do back?” is usually a guess, and the answer shapes the session you are about to do.
It is easy to hit the same muscles twice and miss others entirely without ever noticing.
If you train to a weekly set range, nothing tells you where you actually landed against it.
How Rekuvr works
Four steps, and the muscle map does the rest.
Record sessions in seconds from the exercise library, or keep it light.
Each logged set is attributed to the muscles that exercise governs, keeping direct and indirect work apart.
One figure shows time since each muscle last led a session, and the sets it has had in the last seven days.
Plan the session and the week from your own record instead of from memory.
Muscle map
One glance shows how long it has been since each muscle led a session, and how your last seven days of sets are spread across your body. It's the core view Rekuvr is built around, on every screen it makes sense.

Science & methodology
Rekuvr does not model how recovered your muscles are. It shows logged facts, elapsed time and broad scheduling windows — and every state on screen traces back to one of them.
See the scienceEvery state comes from a workout you logged, the time since, or a target you selected. Rekuvr does not estimate tissue healing or produce a recovery score.
The same logged history always produces the same view, and each muscle’s detail shows the facts behind its state rather than a conclusion drawn from them.
Where the data cannot answer — an exercise it could not match, less than seven days of history, no approved window — the guide says so instead of filling the gap.
Inside the guide
Every state traces back to something you logged, and where the data cannot answer, Rekuvr says so instead of filling the gap.
Direct and indirect sets per muscle over a rolling seven days, counted separately and never merged.
Each session where a muscle led the work, with the typical-window span the current policy draws after it.
Set a weekly range per muscle, or start from broad general ranges and edit them to match your programme.
AI coach
The Coach explains what Rekuvr has already recorded and produced. It never calculates your numbers, never invents them, and does not give medical advice.
Illustrative coach message
IllustrativeYou last trained hamstrings directly six days ago, and they have had two direct sets in the last seven days against your selected range of six to ten. Quads are on eight over the same week. If you want to even the week out, hamstrings are the obvious gap.
